If I buy a property with the assistance of Real Estate Bulgaria what Agency fee will I be charged?
Our standard commission is approximately 2.5% of the purchase price.

How do you calculate this exactly?
We multiply the Euro purchase price by 0.68 to get an approximate British Pounds equivalent, we charge clients 2.5% of this value.
e.g. A Purchase Price is 40,000 Euros
40,000 Euros multiplied by 0.68 = £27200
2.5% of £27,200 = £680

What currency will the Agency Fees be charged/paid in?
Pounds.

What if the purchase price is very inexpensive?
Real Estate Bulgaria has a minimum Agency fee of 300 pounds which will be charged if the standard Agency fee calculation gives a value below this.

What if the property price is very expensive?
Real Estate Bulgaria has a maximum Agency fee of 1700 pounds which will be charged if the standard Agency fee calculation gives a value above this.

If I buy a property using Real Estate Bulgaria services, when will I pay Real Estate Bulgaria their agency commission.
Real Estate Bulgaria will give clients 14 days from the signing of a preliminary contract to pay the Agency commission..
