Viewing Trips

Our viewing trips include a car and driver/english speaking guide.

1 day viewing trip cost is £50
2 days viewing trip cost is £90
3 days viewing trip cost is £120
4 days viewing trip cost is £140
5 days viewing trip cost is £150

Excess mileage is charged when daily travelling distance exceeds 50 kilometres, the charge levied is £10 per 50 kilometres excess.

Reduced viewing trip fees are charged if you have a rental car and wish our representative to accompany you.

If you buy a property with Real Estate Bulgaria we will subtract the first days viewing trip fees from the Agency Fee - therefore if you only have a one day viewing trip and don't exceed the mileage allowance the viewing trip is totally refunded.

Real Estate Bulgaria do not provide flights, we are not a travel agency, but we do offer free advice on which Airlines offer flights and best prices. Real Estate Bulgaria can also assist you to find accomodation during your stay in Bulgaria for the viewing trip

When you go for a viewing trip with Real Estate Bulgaria, your guide will pick you up and return you to tyour hotel, the airport or wherevever is most convenient for you.

The viewing trip normally entails:-

• A visit to the Real Estate Bulgaria office to select properties to select which properties you wish to view

• Viewing the properties

• If you find what you are looking for you can usually secure a property with a 10% deposit

We will be delighted if you find a property you wish to buy but there will be no hard sell.

Our agents are not paid on a commission basis on sales(unlike many rival agencies) so they wont be pushing you to buy if you dont find what you are looking for.
