Kranevo is a smallish resort/village, but is rapidly expanding. It is within walking distance of the larger and better known resort of Albena - although it is quite a long walk in the summer sun. Kranevo is another resort with great beach and swimming, the beach stretches to Albena and beyond.

Please be aware that the middle ground of the Beach between Albena and Kranevo is used as an unofficial nudist beach.

Prices in Kranevo are lesser than neighbouring Albena or Golden Sands.

Kranevo consists mainly of one long street littered with shops,bars and restaurants, two or three late night discos, a small fairground and a small fruit market, the road forks before it reaches the sea and so there are two routes you can follow there. There is no pedestrianisation in Kranevo’s centre so be careful when crossing.

The majority of tourists in Kranevo are currently Eastern European although I forsee it becoming a popular spot for British tourists in the future.
